Lawn in Order is a very professional and reasonable landscaping company in Dutchess County. I did a lot of research on who to go with, as it is a 24x15 raised bed entering my driveway, and so I wanted it to look very nice. Well, I'm glad I decided to go with LIO, because they did an amazing job.

Our Story

Although not officially established until 2010, Vision Land & WaterScapes (formerly known as Lawn In Order® Landscaping & Maintenance), has been providing land and waterscape construction, design, and maintenance in the Hudson Valley Region for over 20 years. Our highly trained and skilled team of employees possesses years of experience in the industry, and our experience and reputation stand up well against any of our competitors.

Starting as a two-man residential landscape contractor, whose primary focus was lawn mowing, the company quickly evolved. As our experience grew, so did our philosophy. Unlike many large landscape companies, our company decided to "be exceptional at just a few" instead of being good at many different landscape services. This focus has brought us to where we are today: a company small enough to give our clients a personal experience and knowledgeable enough to create their vision. We are dedicated to serving each and every client as if they were our only one. Our creative and artistic approach to each project, as well as the quality of our workmanship, make us a leader in the land and waterscaping industry. We design and build with our clients' interests and budget in mind.
